What's your desert island drink & why?
A gin and tonic - refreshing, will protect me from malaria and easy to make as long as we have lots of ice in the desert!

Spirits because a cocktail is nothing without them!
If you could only drink alcohol which orginated in one country where would you choose & why?
Italy - amazing wines, grappa and limoncello!
Which spirit/ingredients has your favourite packaging? How important is this?
Tarsier - it stands out on the shelf and all done by ourselves
What's your favourite food to pair with drinks?
Any Southeast Asian dishes.
How did you get into the drinks industry?
By starting out as a glass collector then worked my way up to becoming a drinks rep and now a gin producer.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to travel around the country and the world meeting some amazing people along the way.
And the worst bits?
Worrying about the bills!
What are your Exotic Booze goals?
To conquer the world with Kate and James!
What advice do you have for aspiring Drinks professionals?
Follow your dreams and when you get to where you want to be, don't turn into a douche!

The bartender cliques!
What's going to be the next big drinks trend?
Bottled cocktails as people begin to embrace condominium cultures and home entertainment.
What have you learnt from lockdown - any positive takeaways?
Your health is the most important thing in the world so look after yourself.
